Step 1: Thorough assessment of your rug. The most important step in the entire process is making sure that we assess it. You likely hired us because you want it clean and free from the dirt on it, but our assessment process goes further than that. During this time, our team will look for any signs of wear and tear and identify any areas on the rug that need special attention. Even if there is no damage to it, this step is critical because it allows us to evaluate it and determine how old it is, the fibers used, the weave pattern, and type of dye used. At the end of the assessment phase, our rug cleaners will note any areas of concern.

Step 2: We’ll create a customized rug cleaning plan. Once the assessment is complete and all areas of concern have been noted, we will create a customized plan that lets you know where the area of concern is, what the problem is, and the possible solutions.
